System Changes Effective August 1, 2018
ROUTE AND SCHEDULE CHANGES Route 2, Route 4, Route 6, and Route 8 (New Route 3)
City Coach service changes occur as a way to develop an effective transit system that supports Vacaville residents, businesses and the community at large. The following is an overview of the service changes being implemented on August 1, 2018. Effective Wednesday, August 1, 2018
Transfers will be FREE!!! ROUTE 2. City Coach Route 2 will no longer serve Vacaville Transportation Center, Alamo Dr. and Browns Valley Pkwy. between Brown St. and E. Monte Vista Ave. Service will be added along Eldridge Ave., Hemlock St., Rocky Hill Rd., Meadows Dr., and Markham Ave. The Route 2 will also serve the Davis Street Park and Ride. Service frequency will change to hourly service during non-commute times.
ROUTE 4. City Coach Route 4 will no longer serve New Horizons Way, Grassland Dr., Horse Creek Dr., and Lawrence Dr. Service will be added to North Village along Crescent Dr. Service will also be added along Orange Tree Circle (call ahead scheduling is required).ROUTE 6. City Coach Route 6 will no longer serve Helen Power Dr. and Burton Dr. Service will be added along Nut Tree Pkwy.
ROUTE 8 (New Route 3). City Coach Route 8 will become the new Route 3. The Route 3 will no longer serve Davis St. between Davis Street Park and Ride and the Downtown Transit Plaza. Service will be added along Hume Way. Service frequency will change to hourly service during non-commute times.
Trippers (Route 2T and Route 3T). Added tripper service to accommodate heavy loads at peak travel times. Additional information will be coming soon!
